Ha Ha! Very funny. I thought that you were supposed to give something up that you held close, or liked... Or maybe that's part of the joke...
I am clueless, but that happens a lot. :)
But somehow I don't see Mai giving vegetarianism up either... Or anything else for that matter.
That is part of the joke--Mai thinks she *is* nice. We, of course, know better!
